Here is a brief show of how a couple of photos can be transformed into a very nice caricature gifts.

The instructions for the job were that these two sisters should be shown dancing on stage, dressed as if they were in an Oliver Twist play.

The artist (Harry in this case) then provided this pencil sketch to make sure all was as it should be.  Some changes were to rid the small microphones, to put hats on the girls and to lower the hand on one of the girls.

Here is the final image all coloured and ready to go give. I am sure you will agree that it made a wonderful family caricature gift!!

Are you part of a sporting team and want to promote yourselves, your wins, or just let everyone know how awesome you are?

Think about a caricature for your sport team.  We did one for a basketball team. The have won four straight championships, and at the start of the season just wanted to let the opposition know they are in for a tough time.

Here is the result, in BW so it is suitable for use on a t-shirt.

It was perfect timing – our first game of the new season was last night and I had managed to get the t-shirts printed up during the day so everyone was wearing them in the warm ups. Harry did a caricature of our social basketball team to celebrate our championship season, to make a t-shirt for everyone in the team (much like the throwback NBA tees of the 80s and 90s). With TV and the internet it is easy to follow many different sporting teams. This was the case on a recent order for Harry, with the ‘victim’ following several different sports.

Coordinator Matt liaised with the client and came up with a great scenario that encompassed all four activities, even including identifiable aspects for the favorite teams.

As you can see, this full body with props and background caricature by artist Harry came out superbly.

The customer said: “I really love the caricature – its fantastic!!  Can you let Harry know that I’m totally pleased and thank him for doing it in such a short time.”

The image was then sent to our framing partner for professional framing and delivery.
