\"retirementHere is a chap called Randy who was presented with a caricature as a retirement gift from his organization after they had looked at several retirement gift ideas.<\/p>\n

As you can see he is very happy with his framed fully custom art gift (lucky it was not a watch I guess!)<\/p>\n

Artist Zalo worked from supplied pictures and this description:<\/p>\n

Randy’s passions are golf<\/strong> (if only he didn’t have to work!), & anything to do with the University of Texas & their team, the Longhorns.\u00a0 He is a natural politician, the King of Schmooze, and was actually elected the youngest Justice of the Peace in Texas history (at the time).\u00a0 He is VERY jolly & congenial & well liked by (most) everyone he meets.<\/em><\/p>\n

At the draft sketch stage of the retirement gift art, this was the response from the client:<\/p>\n

Oh, Matt, that is a\u00a0riot!\u00a0 It is SO him, especially the outstretched hand!\u00a0 SUCH a politician!<\/em><\/p>\n

Artist Zalo then finished the color version including all the aspects the client had asked for. Their order had included that the caricature was printed and framed\u00a0 and delivered ready for the presentation day.<\/p>\n

After the final printed and framed caricature was delivered we received the following email from the client:<\/p>\n

Hi, Matt!\u00a0 We had Randy’s roast last Thursday night, & it was a wonderful success.\u00a0 Attached\u00a0is the picture of the presentation,\u00a0and one of Randy, the Board President & my boss (who’s also the CEO).\u00a0 He LOVED the caricature, & everyone there said that the artist captured him absolutely.\u00a0 Thanx so much for the awesome picture & fabulous service!!<\/em><\/p>\n
