Great for business cards, site profile images

A caricature can provide the ideal image for business cards and staff profiles on web sites for those willing to think outside the box a little.

Here is an example by artist George that retains the person’s recognizability, but presents it in a fun way. If your business reflects original thinking, a caricature is perfect!

Oh and don’t forget email signatures. they look really cool!

Best boss caricature

Here is a great fun Boss caricature by artist Luis. Working from aĀ  good photo with the request “please have him pulling open his shirt like superman does, showing the words ‘Best Boss’ under and wearing a cap saying Lone Star Light.”

Any time is a great time to recognize a boss who is the best!

Work group caricature

For many, the workplace extends beyond friendships merely at work, and can include involvement in social activities out-of-hours.

Here is a caricature that celebrates such a group – who enjoying getting away on road trips to interesting places.

While the landmark is familiar, we did not get the opportunity to put a UFO into this group caricature picture!

This work was completed by artist George.

Gift caricature for TPYO girls

Here is a commissioned caricature drawn recently completed by Zalo. The brief was to have the two girls looking like they have been hard at work writing a ‘For Dummies’ book on their laptop. The papers and coffee mugs indicate the drafts and time spent and a cameo appearance by the Dummies Man!

After once draft stage, artist Zalo produced this final caricature of writers. As you can see, there is attention to specific details in this gift caricature, like the eyebrow piercings and the green ball the girl on the left is sitting on. Oh and TPYO is just the way the client wanted it šŸ˜‰

The customers response… “This is outstanding!”

How to be well remembered in your office

This was a job drawn by artist Zalo for a fellow who works in a realtor office. He was after Kris Kringle gifts and decided on having caricatures of each of the staff drawn.

Here is his;

Michaelā€™s caricature

I have also put a few of the others into a bit of a montage.

Did he like the work? Even after a WOW email back before Christmas, he kindly took the time to send this email:

Hi Matt,

Happy New Year! I hope you enjoyed your holiday with the family and the Festive Season. Just wanted to let you know our Kris Kringle presents were absolutely fantastic! Everyone loved them.

I had to wrap 17 mugs and 17 A4 prints plus another full set for our company scrap book but it was worth it.

n the morning I made eggnog for everyone, played Kris Kringle (complete with Santa hat) for all the ā€œusualā€ presents, then sat down and pressed play on my PowerPoint Presentationā€¦ Oh my God – people could not stop laughing. I had people randomly chose a number between 1-17 to pick the order, and funnily enough I got 17th. Once Iā€™d made it through everyone, I stopped and then everyone realised I hadnā€™t shown mine – if there was a laugh-o-meter mine would have broken it!

Later, at the Christmas Party, both bosses (including their wives) said it was the best Christmas present ever – with one boss telling me I was irreplaceable.

So thank you again, to you and Zalo for you fantastic efforts.

Will be in touch again soon for the birthday present we spoke about late last year.
