As you can see there has been a bit of distortion on the forehead, accentuating the height and the shape. The eyebrows are bigger and the mouth and cheeks are of course bigger. The chin has also been extended and the neck and body is displayed smaller.

Seems the throwing of the shoes at George W. Bush in Baghdad created a bit of a stir. Shoes are in short supply so everyone wanted a piece of the action.
