Here is a fun caricature of a sports-lover created by artist John.
As you see we provided the requested shirt, golf club and beer.
This is classed as ‘full body with props’.

Retirement gift are a great time to think about caricatures because caricature make such great gifts for people who are retiring.

The reason is you can include elements that personalize the image – in fact every image is custom created from scratch.

In this example the man retiring was involved in ship engineering. So he has a picture of the ship he was first involved with on the wall. Plus he has “Steam Engineering” on the spine of the book beside him as his speciality is that type of marine power plant. In addition a specific nameplate on his desk and his famous reference library behind.

I had it printed as a poster and framed it for a nephew’s 18^th birthday, and to say he was absolutely thrilled would be a gross understatement.

Everyone that has had a look at it, cannot believe the likeness of the boys in the photo and we are absolutely thrilled with the result.

It was a very unique present that, although, being a little pricey, was worth the end result.
