There is nothing better than an awesome group caricature to mark the retirement of a valued work colleague. Especially when, through the magic of custom art, you can portray the scene and people just how you want it. In this case, the work team have been portrayed as a ‘Top Gun” pilot squadron and in the background is a scene that portrays an essential element of the work they actually do (researchers, rather than pilots 🙂 ) In addition to the uniforms, specific elements request include the crown the silver stone in the foreground and the logo in the background.
