Background to this art:

It’s a gift for his graduation ceremony (completed PhD in Biomedical Science). I would like to make it funny.
As a kid he had a dream to operate bulldozer, but it turned out that he became a doctor of medical science,
so if we can have him in a middle and on one side bulldozer, on the other his lab. His research is about
(CMV) Likes cricket, Top Gear, Sydney Swans and Bulldogs.
